Rapporti etrusco-latini. Etrusco havens e latino favissa

This paper aims to analyse the meaning of the word havens, recently added to the Etruscan vocabulary, following excavations carried out at Bagno Grande in San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena). Thanks to a well-known gloss by Festus regarding the Latin term favissae, it has been possible to assign a semantic range to havens that likely corresponds to "source" or "spring". It would attribute the word to the original her-itage of the Etruscan language.
